Job Description
As a Specialized Talent Sourcer, your main responsibility is to source and attract highly skilled and specialized candidates for specific job positions within our organization. You will be working closely with the recruitment team to understand the hiring needs and requirements, and then proactively search for potential candidates.
Using various sourcing methodologies such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and direct outreach, you will identify qualified candidates and engage with them to assess their potential fit. Your goal is to build a pipeline of highly talented individuals who possess the specific skills and qualifications needed for the vacant positions.
In addition to sourcing, you will also play a crucial role in screening and pre-qualifying candidates through interviews or initial assessments. You will collaborate with the recruitment team to provide them with a shortlist of the most suitable candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Requirements for this position include strong research and sourcing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements. Experience in talent sourcing, particularly for specialized positions, is highly desired.
