Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Specialized Talent Sourcer to join our team. As a Specialized Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for discovering and attracting top talent to fill specific positions within our organization.
You will utilize various sourcing platforms and techniques to identify potential candidates with the necessary skills and expertise. Your role will involve conducting in-depth research, networking, and establishing strong relationships with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and conduct initial screening.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
