Job Description
We are currently seeking a Specification Writer Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, compiling technical data, preparing reports, and executing special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Research and collect technical data
- Verify material specifications
- Prepare reports for client presentations
- Produce documentation with ARCHICAD/REVIT
- Act as a consultant, negotiate effectively
- Share new information and execute special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years of related work experience
- Proficient in ARCHICAD/REVIT
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to work in Makati City
