Job Description:
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for supporting all order management (SPLUS) in APAC. Responsibilities include order processing, dispatch to UPS warehouses, handling returns, documentation, and updating delivery proof.
Specific Tasks:
- Take manual and live orders, create commercial invoices for international shipments.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, maintain on-time performance.
- Amend orders to meet SLA, may have specific tasks in the Call Center.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- College Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Reliable, shows initiative, works well with others
- Good attitude, fast learner, attention to detail, hardworking
- Flexible with shifting schedules
