Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Process and dispatch orders across APAC UPS warehouses.
- Create Commercial Invoices for international shipments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries.
- Maintain On-Time performance reports and amend orders as necessary.
Requirements:
- College Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Reliable, hardworking, and a fast learner.
- Shows initiative and works well with others.
