Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an SPS T4 Advisor. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical support and guidance to clients in utilizing our SPS T4 system effectively. You will work closely with the technology team to troubleshoot issues, conduct system upgrades, and ensure smooth operation of the SPS T4 system for our clients.
Key qualifications for this role include a strong background in IT or related field, proven experience in system support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. A customer-oriented approach and a proactive attitude are also essential for success in this role.
- Provide technical support for SPS T4 system
- Collaborate with the technology team on system upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
- Deliver training and guidance to clients on system usage
