Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and improve QSHE management systems, processes, and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Conduct incident investigation and recommend corrective action to avoid recurrence.
- Perform reporting, risk assessments, and auditing, and observe all QHSE related activities and policies.
- Conduct QSHE Trainings on-site.
- Perform daily walk-throughs in warehouse premises to monitor and promote a safe workplace.
- Actively participate in SHE incident investigations and prepare required reports in discussion with management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BSIE – Able to identify, analyze, and manage risks; facilitating the execution of mitigation and permanent action plans.
- Good customer relationship skills.
- Good training, facilitation, and auditing skills.
- Good written and communication skills, computer literate.
- Willing to handle multiple sites in NCR.
