Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Entering vendor bills and responding to vendor inquiries via email
- Generating 1099 forms year-end
- Generating customer invoices at month-end
- Assisting with collections by reaching out to customers with open balances
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Month-end close entries such as Expense Accruals and Balance Sheet account reconciliation
- Researching variance between accounts
- Assisting with any ad hoc requests
Who you are:
- Degree/Certificate in Accounting preferred
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Netsuite experience required
- Strong understanding of US GAAP guidelines
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and G-Suite
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
