Job Description
- Responsible for A/P and A/R function of the organization
- Responsible for accuracy of accounting solution (short term QuickBooks online, long-term NetSuite)
- Lead monthly financial reviews with CFO and VP of Business Operations before sending final numbers to Supreme Group
- Participate in revenue review with Sales Operations Manager
- Participate in expense review with Business Operations Manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- AT LEAST 5 years experience with bookkeeping
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
MUSTS:
1) Stellar English communication skills (C1 and up), with experience speaking to and working with portfolio companies’ leadership teams
2) Availability to work 40hrs /week on Timezone
PREFERRED:
- BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Strong ability to analyze information and deal with complex problems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php85,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
