Job Description
What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
- Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
- Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Assisting the accounting manager as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- Solid experience in property management / residential / hotel business is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in end–to–end accounting, that is, from making journals to month-end close, and preparation of financial reports.
- With a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
- Knowledgeable in doing bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and other account reconciliations.
- Preferably, between 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
