Job Description
A Staff Nurse plays an integral role in providing quality healthcare services to patients. As a Staff Nurse, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess patients, administer medications and treatments, and monitor their condition.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and documenting patient symptoms, vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitoring patients’ condition and providing necessary medical interventions
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols and safety standards
- Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate medical records
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a valid license
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
