Job Description
NURI OPC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Trainer to enhance training initiatives across our Kim’s Ramyun branches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and delivering engaging training programs focused on food preparation, customer service, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities: Create comprehensive training programs, facilitate on-site training sessions, evaluate staff performance, produce training materials, and collaborate with management to address training needs.
Qualifications: 2-3 years of training experience in the food and beverage or retail industry, strong customer service knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00/month
Benefits: Employee discount and 13th-month salary.
