Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with the following qualifications:
- Minimum High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Accepting Non-BPO experience with excellent communication skills
- Fresh Graduates welcome
- BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating effectively through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- In-depth knowledge of products
