Job Description

Caldwell Communications is currently seeking candidates to join our team. We have various accounts available, including Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible, without transferring the caller.
Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
Use negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in.
Share specific information with internal and external clients and colleagues.
