Job Description
The Station Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operations of the warehouse by meeting target KPIs and supporting the warehouse manager. Some of the main duties include:
- Assisting the Station Head in various operational and administrative tasks such as inventory management, rider and route management, and cash collection management.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the hub in the absence of the Station Head.
- Monitoring and conducting training for Riders to ensure adherence to company SOPs and policies.
- Ensuring the financial stability of the hub by managing rider productivity and liquidation.
- Conducting analysis of hub performance and providing feedback for improvement.
- Scanning and updating parcels and shipments in the company’s logistics management application.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in the supply chain/logistics industry.
- Proven experience in working cross-functionally and executing collaborative initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Prior experience with startups and logistics companies is preferred but not required.
- Experience in parcel management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay, Performance bonus
