Job Description
Jade Blue Petroleum Inc. is on the lookout for a committed Station Supervisor to manage operations at our Sta. Cruz, Laguna Gasoline Station. The successful candidate will take charge of the station, supervising cashiers and pump attendants while creating work schedules. Key responsibilities involve inventory management, preparing sales reports, training staff, and resolving operational challenges.
We invite applicants with prior experience in workforce management who can elevate employee performance and enhance customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a monthly salary of Php 15,00. Additional benefits include a Christmas gift, participation in company events, and opportunities for promotion.
