Job Description
- Ensure that kitchen areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed.
- Assist Chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
- Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
- Responsible for washing dishes, china wares, kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in doing inventory of kitchen equipment and utensils is an advantage.
- Perform other related tasks.
