Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
- Supervises the cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment.
- Supervises the cleaning of the premises and waste management.
- Establish and implement a loss prevention system to maintain breakages and losses of operating equipment to a minimum.
- Set and maintain cleaning standards, control quality of washing equipment and cleaning process, ensure cleanliness and order of stewarding store, maintain hygiene standards in cleaning and sanitation.
