Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in any course
· Computer literate
· Analyze inventory risks and opportunities
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Responsible for Purchase Order preparations as prescribed by pre-determined timelines and schedules.
· Responsible for encoding new items into the system, checking and/or updating prices, and processing the “autoserve” of merchandise.
· Responsible for the system update of immediate price changes, fulfilling the stores’ “emergency orders,” and monitoring and reporting the Daily Stock Status Report.
· Responsible for monitoring product expiry dates and recommending merchandise transfer to branches/stores to avoid losses.
