Job Description
Comglasco AG is seeking a Stock Custodian to manage branch inventory and support retail operations at 020 9th St., Mabalacat, Pampanga. This permanent, in-person role requires a proactive leader with retail supervisory experience.
- Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of retail management or supervisory experience; strong leadership and decision-making skills; excellent communication and organizational abilities; proven capacity to manage team performance and drive sales.
- Responsibilities: Oversee daily branch operations; lead and motivate staff to meet targets; ensure high standards of customer service; monitor inventory, sales, and financial performance; enforce company policies and procedures.
