Job Description
A Stockman is responsible for managing livestock, including feeding, watering, and monitoring their health. They also maintain equipment and facilities related to livestock operations. Stockmen may be required to administer medications, track inventory, and assist with breeding programs.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the welfare of the animals, maintaining accurate records, and following safety protocols. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team are essential for this role. Previous experience with livestock and knowledge of animal husbandry practices are preferred.
