Job Description

The Stockman will follow Kitchen Manager stock forecasts, conduct inventory audits, and oversee month-end inventory.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming deliveries from commissary and suppliers
- Ensure availability of stocks at the assigned store
- Organize and manage anything and everything about the stockroom
- Follow stock forecast from Kitchen Manager
- Conduct inventory audit and month-end inventory
- Inspect packaged food items such as flour, rice, etc., for insect infestation
- Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties
Qualifications & experience:
- Graduate of Hospitality related course
- Must know how to use and navigate SAP or any similar inventory system
- 1 year experience as a stockman in any fast-food or casual restaurant setup is a plus
- Willing to work in Quezon City area or Mandaluyong area
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php17,500.00 per month
