Job Description
This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way. Incumbents provide high-quality customer service, product knowledge, and cashiering skills. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, fitting, and inquiries about curriculum.
Serves patrons by finalizing product sales, ensuring proper fit, and addressing customer inquiries. Operates point-of-sale terminals, resolves customer issues, and assists with inventory management. Additional duties may include serving non-English speaking patrons and maintaining product displays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Retail, or related field
- 1-2 years of Retail Sales and Customer Service experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic Math and Computer skills preferred
- Available for overtime and weekend work
