Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist in finding products.
- Provide product information, promotions, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously.
- Work with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Senior High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
