Job Description
- Updates the Store Consignor Module with the newly enrolled brands.
- Validates if all SKUs of the enrolled brand are updated in the Store Consignor Module contract; executes sales reversal to set beginning inventory of enrolled brand.
- Ensures completeness of all required documents for enrollment before sending to Banco De Oro (BDO).
- Monitors status of cash card enrollment until release of card to Store Consignor.
- Consolidates basic information/data required in preparation of reports (e.g. Floating Sales Report, etc.) and maintains organized records for easy reference.
- Arranges meetings by scheduling facilities and reservation of necessary equipment.
- Maintains calendars, schedule appointments and properly schedule travel arrangements.
- Assists in budget preparation for supplies and handles supplies requisition.
