Job Description
The DIY Store Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the assigned DIY store sales and admin operations. The officer must also ensure that both sales and admin operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management and is particularly keen not limited to visual merchandising, inventories, forecasting, staff, finances, and point of sale standards.
- Process COF requests/approvals of item replenishments and facilitate the receiving of item deliveries.
- Process actual pullouts and other related transactions.
- Facilitate the proper display and stocking of all delivered items in compliance with visual merchandising, promotional and operational guidelines.
- Ensure the proper tagging of barcode and laminated tags price to ensure Pricing accuracy.
- Facilitate and coordinate the receiving and monitoring of deliveries forwarded in Distribution Center warehouses.
- Minimal assistance on Product Knowledge to all Non – Somi merchandisers nearby or performing PEP TALK upon requisition of the stores.
- Conduct store visits to all Wilcon stores with no manning merchandiser based on the schedule provided.
