Job Description
- Clean baking equipment and tools before use
- Serve customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Take and serve customer orders
- Have a good knowledge of the menu and presentation standards
- Answer any questions and inquiries regarding the menu, and assist with menu selections
- Basic knowledge in operating equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, and other pastries to ensure proper baking
- Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude even under high pressure situations
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the dining area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
