Job Description
KKV Supply Chain Corporation is looking for a committed Store Department Supervisor to enhance the efficient operations of our retail store. This pivotal role is key to meeting sales objectives, managing product inventories, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales goals and support daily store operations.
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures while ensuring store cleanliness.
- Manage product inventory and effectively resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or fast fashion is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Availability for shift work and proficiency in basic computer skills.
