Job Description
Hi, Kaibigan! The Store Leader at our Southwoods and Mamplasan Branch will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive store performance. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store crew and cashiers to achieve goals.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct team meetings and provide coaching.
