Job Description
We are currently hiring a Store Leader for our Muntinlupa location. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and employee development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
