Job Description
Job Overview:
As a Store Leader, you will manage the fulfillment and delivery of customer orders at our new Landers Superstore branch in Davao. You will be responsible for mentoring your team and ensuring efficient e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support e-commerce operations
- Implement picking and packing processes
- Ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Manage fulfillment operating costs
- Assist with additional e-commerce projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience in retail grocery
- E-commerce background is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Shift system
Pay: 13th month salary
