Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential locations for new stores.
- Analyze Data: Demographic, Geographic, Psychographic, Economic and Market to determine the suitability of a possible location.
- Collaborate with team to understand business objectives and develop store location selection strategies aligned with our company’s expansion and growth plans.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any business related field.
- Proven experience in store site selection, preferably in food and service industry.
- With existing network and contacts.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Keen eye for details and a strategic mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
