Job Description
8 Dimensione International Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead store operations, drive performance, and maximize profitability. This full-time, permanent, in-person role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.
- Supervise daily activities and staff; ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.
- Enforce standard operating procedures, maintain a safe and clean environment, and support inventory and cash control.
- Monitor product availability, pursue sales targets, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Act on behalf of the Assistant Store Manager as needed to maintain continuity.
