Job Description
Qualifications:
- College level/Senior High
- With excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
- Driven, motivated and fast learner
- Can work with less supervision
- Willing to work in shifts
Job Description:
- Show courtesy to all incoming and outgoing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, including phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate party.
- Receive and process all payments according to standard procedures.
- Examine products for damages and price accuracy before releasing them to customers.
- Handle cash, credit or debit transactions with customers.
- Answer routine billing questions/issues from customers.
- Assist in the opening and closing of a retail location, including cash handling and deposits.
- Train and supervise new cashiers.
- Assist in the maintenance of store front and retail displays.
- Submit daily sales reports and other necessary reports as required.
- Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests or concerns.
- Assume the responsibilities of the OIC in case of their absence.
- Perform other functions deemed necessary by management.
- Telco experience is an advantage.
