Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations at Aerophone in Marquee Mall. The ideal candidate will ensure sales targets are met, provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers, and train and motivate staff. Responsibilities include managing stock accuracy, preparing promotional materials, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a monthly salary of Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00. Benefits include health insurance, promotion opportunities, paid training, and supplemental pay such as 13th month salary and performance bonuses.
