Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to oversee daily operations at Marquee Mall, SM Clark, or SM Pampanga. The role requires driving sales targets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, maintaining inventory and pricing accuracy, planning promotions, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will train and motivate staff, handle customer complaints, liaise with head office, and uphold health and safety standards. This permanent, on-site position offers Php18,00–Php22,00/month, paid training, health insurance, company events, advancement opportunities, and the potential for long-term placement.
