Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, customer service, employee management, inventory management, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
