Job Description
Euroasia Executive Search Inc. is actively searching for a committed Store Manager to oversee our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving organizational objectives, maximizing profitability, managing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding the company’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store performance and profitability.
- Minimize waste and control operational costs.
- Supervise staff, enforce policies, and resolve customer issues.
- Execute company directives and fulfill assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail store management experience, preferably in grocery.
- Strong sense of accountability and outstanding communication abilities.
- Availability to work in BGC, Taguig.
