Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures and is accountable for profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling costs.
- Oversees cash and media management, performs POS duties, and supervises opening and closing procedures.
- Ensures team members uphold Guiding Principles and provide superior service.
- Pro-actively resolves customer issues and maintains high cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- 1-5 years experience as an F&B manager with expertise in people management.
- Available for Store Manager, Asst. Store Manager 2, and Shift Manager positions.
- Must work in the soon-to-open store in FILINVEST, FESTIVAL MALL.
