Job Description
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (Undergraduate is acceptable).
- Preferable with a minor in marketing or sales skills.
- 2-4 years of Managerial role experience.
- 1-4 years of sales experience in retails.
- Minimum age of 23.
- Experience in retail or hospitality industry.
- Experience navigating POS systems.
Brief Description of Works
- Training team on company policies.
- Leading staff meetings and work scheduling.
- Acting as a liaison between company and employees.
- Ensuring timely project completion within budget.
- Assessing candidates’ qualifications.
- One-on-one meetings with employees to discuss progress.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations for smooth business functioning.
- Communicating strategic direction and managing team performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
