Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and directing selling activities and personnel to achieve sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to meet/exceed sales target
- Observe implementation of measures to control OPEX
- Ensure merchandise losses are reduced and profitability is improved
- Monitor merchandise movement and availability
- Provide appropriate training for staff to enhance performance
- Implement measures to reduce operational problems
Areas of expertise: Store Operations Procedure, Sales Analysis, Inventory Management, People Management, and Client Relations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php30,00.00 per month
