Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, customer service, and team management.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve targets by implementing effective strategies and initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Maintain proper inventory levels and oversee merchandising efforts
