Job Description
As a Store Manager at KARSON PHARMA GROUP INC., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations. Your role will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and security protocols.
- Ensuring the store is well-stocked at all times and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Monitoring and managing the store’s budget, expenses, and financial performance.
- Setting and communicating sales goals and targets for the store team.
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
- Analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with purchasing to ensure stock availability.
- Overseeing inventory receiving, storage, and organization.
- Conducting regular stock checks to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
