Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, increase sales and foot traffic, maintain visual merchandising standards, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, analyze sales and traffic trends, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Requirements: proven retail management experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; customer-focused mindset. Bachelor’s in Business preferred.
- Full-time, permanent. Salary Php25,00–30,00/month plus commissions. Benefits include employee discount, flexible scheduling, and promotion opportunities.
