Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any College course
- With at least one year of working experience in apparel
- With strong leadership skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and flexible
Job Summary:
- Responsible for running the store to meet company sales targets and policies
- Motivates store personnel to achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensures proper documentation, safekeeping, and maintains availability of stocks at all times
- Regularly coordinates store concerns with Area Head/Manager
- Supervises and coordinates daily activities of sales staff/promotions
- Provides excellent customer service at all times
