Job Description
- Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivates the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Creates business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Responds to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensures compliance of team to operations, VM, and brand standards.
- Prepares detailed sales report analysis based on retail KPI’s.
- Analyzes best-selling products, sell thru reports and other merchandise related concerns.
- Safe keeps store inventory and report damages/losses.
- Undertakes store administration duties such as manpower roster, managing store budgets and updating financial records.
