Job Description
Rimini Italia Corporation is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, motivating the sales team, and implementing effective business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance of team to operations, VM, and brand standards.
- Prepare detailed sales report analysis based on retail KPI’s.
- Analyze best-selling products, sell thru reports, and other merchandise related concerns.
- Safe keep store inventory and report damages/losses.
- Undertake store administration duties such as manpower roster, managing store budgets, and updating financial records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Store Management (Preferred).
- Proficiency in English (Preferred).
- Ability to commute to Silang, Cavite (Required).
- Ability to relocate to Silang, Cavite before starting work (Required).

Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
