Job Description
- Store management involves overseeing all store operations, including employee management, scheduling, supplier communication, and handling customer inquiries.
- A Store Manager must possess strong leadership, coordination, team-building, administrative, and motivational skills.
- Responsibilities include recruiting, training, supervising staff, managing budgets, maintaining records, and ensuring pricing and stock control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php12,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mexico, Pampanga: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Store Management: 1 year (Required)
