Job Description

Age: 25-40

Primary Responsibility:

Achieving Performance Targets for Motorcycles, Spare Parts, Service, Accessories, and Credit. This involves planning sales programs for his sales area, developing and maintaining Sales Agents, supervising branch personnel and their work, overseeing collection and credit investigation activities, and service and spare parts.

Key Result Areas:

1. Ensuring complete and competent manpower complement.
2. Achieving HIP, COD, Service and spare parts sales, and repeat Sales Targets.
3. Achieving Credit and Collection targets.
4. Monitoring and maintaining all Inventory and Company Assets.
5. Supervising and motivating all staff under his supervision.

Tasks:

1. Review and Recommendation of all CIRs.
2. Monitoring of Account Aging.
3. Monitoring & development of Sales Agents.
4. Effective training and supervision of all branch personnel.
5. Planning and monitoring daily itinerary of Collector and Marketing Assistant.
6. Regular review of Store Operational Funds and usage of funds.
7. Review of encoding work of Store Data Controller.
8. Regular physical count of inventory and assets tallying with records.
9. All other tasks that may be assigned to him by his Superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php28,00.00 – Php41,500.00 per month
