Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to supervise and assist Sales Associates and Selling Assistants in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving product promotions. The ideal candidate will develop employee schedules, manage inventory, and maintain supplier relations to meet sales goals efficiently.
Key responsibilities include implementing cross-training for employees, managing controllable costs, ensuring the store’s cleanliness, and hiring/training staff as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of store management experience are preferred. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
This is a full-time position with benefits including additional leave, health and life insurance.
