Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail store and ensuring its success.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
